Beltmaster^TM System

AFC-Holcroft’s BeltMaster™ furnace management system controls the following furnace parameters:
    • Carburizing Furnace
            o Temperature
            o Carbon
            o Belt Speed
    • Quench
            o Temperature
    • Wash
            o Temperature
    • Draw Furnace
            o Temperature
            o Belt Speed

The BeltMaster™ system provides the following functionality:

    • Store and retrieve all pertinent Recipe ID’s for the parts.
    • Set-up according to the specific recipe
    • Track of parts as they move through the furnace line
    • Log all setpoints and process variables every 60 seconds.
    • Provide a summary of logged data for every run.
    • Provide trending display package for all monitored data points
    • Provide Historical Data
    • Generate Reports
