Low Pressure Carburizing (LPC-UBQ)

AFC-Holcroft is introducing a new addition to our UBQ family of products.  This new furnace is designed to fit into existing batch furnace lines as required to share the ancillary equipment .  The key to this new product is the replacement of the conventional heating/Carburizing chamber with a new Low Pressure Carburizing (Vacuum Carburizing) chamber.  The load sizes remain the same as conventional batch furnaces.  This furnace utilizes the well-known UBQ high flow oil quench system.
