"Conventional" Systems
Mesh Belt Annealing Furnaces, Carbottom Annealing Furnaces, Pusher Tray Solution Furnaces, and Roller Hearth Solution Heat Treat Lines - just some of the many products provided by AFC-Holcroft to serve the non-ferrous market. These systems are used for solution heat treating, artificial aging, homogenizing, stress relieving, annealing, and removal of sand from castings.
Since 1960, the companies that make up present-day AFC-Holcroft have provided these furnaces to aluminum foundries, forging operations, stamping operations, and aluminum fabricators.
AFC-Holcroft utilizes modular construction for ease of future expansion when required.
"Basketless" Systems
Metallurgical Process: Solution Heat Treating of aluminum products for T4, T5, T6 and T7 processes, with water, glycol or air quench.
Types of Products: Cast or Wrought Automotive Wheels, Engine Blocks, Heads, Intake Manifolds, Suspension Components and similar types of parts.
Unique Features:
