In process is a UBQ 36-48-36G gas heated universal integral quench batch furnace with these standard features:
- 36” wide X 48” long X 36” high load area
- 3,500# gross load
- Operating range to 1700°F, maximum 1750°F
- Gas fired,recuperated “U” tube burner assemblies
- Air cooled recirculating fan
- Atmosphere panel with Waukee flowscopes
- Shim stock port
- Automatic rear handler
- 3500 gallon oil quench tank
- Propeller quench agitation w/VFD, 7.5Hp
- Air to Oil heat exchanger pump
- 150°F heated quench oil, 18Kw heating
- Batchmaster II controls with HMI and AB PLC
- Air conditioned control panel
- Access platform with ladder
- Plunge cool
- Top cool chamber

EZ Generator - 4500 cfh Capacity
In process is a 4,500 cfh EZ-Generator, gas fired, with EndoInjector System. Our E-Z Generators are modular and expandable to accommodate future capacity. Automatic Turndown and Dewpoint Control are standard.
This unit will be completely tested and ready for your paint selection.
