AFC-Holcroft Announces Jason Crook as General Manager of Operations for Aichelin Americas
AFC-Holcroft is pleased to announce the promotion of Jason Crook to General Manager of Operations for Aichelin Americas. This appointment represents another important milestone in the continued integration of AFC-Holcroft, GM-Entreprises, and Nitrex under the Aichelin Americas organization.
Jason has served as General Manager of Operations for AFC-Holcroft, where he has successfully led the company's manufacturing, engineering, and purchasing operations. In his expanded role, he will oversee engineering across AFC-Holcroft, GM-Entreprises, and Nitrex Montreal while continuing to lead AFC-Holcroft's manufacturing and purchasing teams. His leadership will help strengthen collaboration, operational excellence, and technical consistency across the organization.
With more than 15 years of experience in industrial automation, engineering management, and operations leadership, Jason has built a reputation for delivering complex projects, improving processes, and developing high-performing teams. His practical leadership style and commitment to continuous improvement have made him an integral part of AFC-Holcroft's success.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management from Eastern Michigan University and an Associate of Applied Science in Automation Technology from Washtenaw Community College. He has also completed executive leadership programs through Berndorf Leadership Training USA and the Vienna University Executive Academy, further strengthening his expertise in organizational leadership and operational management.
